| In an effort to improve communication and streamline processes, Union Pacific Railroad will be canceling the UP 29 and UP 32 Potato and Onion tariffs and combining the rates into a new, single document, UP 1195. This change will be effective October 5, 2009.
At the time the rates are combined into the new document, rate adjustments for the 2009-2010 shipping season will take effect. The attached spreadsheet reflects the new rates that will be effective October 5, 2009.
