Please reference Intermodal Bulletins 2009-168 (posted May 18, 2009) and 2009-205 (posted June 12, 2009) where UPRR announced the opening of domestic and marine container service between Oakland, CA and Texas. As clarification, the new lanes are for UPRR local points only and do not include interchange traffic.
